Wonderful pizza--worth the drive whenever we're in Murphys or Plymouth. Many like us like to pick up one or more of their excellent pizzas to go and then enjoy it at one of the local wineries which allow picnics to be brought in, (or it could be at a city park, etc.). It sure makes for a lovely light afternoon with great pizza and the wonderful wines to be found in the Sierra foothills.

I had the pleasure of being introduced to Gold Dust Pizza yesterday. We ordered 2 large pizzas and they were both amazing. Abundant toppings and excellent crust delivered in a timely manner especially considering it was a hot hot Saturday and they were busy. Also ordered a pitcher of beer. My granddaughter requested a glass from the counter staff so I could get some water. I went over to the self serve soda machine and found there was no button for water. Filled the glass with ice and asked a young lady behind the register if I could have some water. She told me they were unable to give me any water, but that I could purchase a bottled water. At that I walked into the rest room and filled my glass......3 times while we ate in the HOT restaurant. The owners need to take note. California Civil Code 114376, prohibits a restaurant from refusing to provide a customer water upon request. You are in clear violation of the law. While I handled it my own way, I suggest you revisit your policy. Loved your pizza. Just not your policy. Looking forward to a visit in the near future, where yes, I will be requesting a glass of H2O.

Delicious pizza! Lots of toppings. We loved the crispy crust. They offer some great beers on tap as well as local wines. They have inside dining ,patio and outside dining. I'd love to try their calzones next time. We definitely need another trip back to this restaurant to try other items.

I had a wonderful time visiting this lovely pizza place in the heart of Sutter Creek for the first time. The pizza was cooked flawlessly, loaded with a generous serving of toppings, sauce, and cheese. I haven't had pizza this enjoyable in a while. Each mouthful was pure delight. I decided on the Gold Dust pizza, which included cheese, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, onion, and bacon. What an excellent selection. I strongly suggest giving the Gold Dust pizza a try; it was genuinely fulfilling. Despite the somewhat lacking service, with the server appearing unenthusiastic and mildly annoyed by our menu inquiries, all the flavors harmonized splendidly, and the crust was perfectly crispy. The inviting and warm ambiance of the restaurant makes it an ideal place to dine with loved ones. I will definitely return to this pizza joint in the future.

I drive about 45 min just to come here. The food is amazing, best pizza you can find. The dough/crust tastes amazing. They have a very nice outdoor seating area as well.

This place was recommended by the locals as the best.. So a little wine tasting and food sounded good! Well, they were not wrong. Great pizza, and outside sitting is a great ambiance. One complaint is one bathroom for all. While I waited, people left to go to a public bathroom

Service was good as we went in a team gathering. Ambiance was a fun family centric vibe. They had good beers on tap with pretty good pizza. Get a side of ranch for the crust! If needing a place for a family or large gathering they have a separate area in the back. Good pizza & good vibes. Will be back!

We stopped on the way from Reno to the west coast. You want to stop a Hoist House 10 minutes away for a great beer & then order your pizza from there because Gold Dust Pizza takes 40 minutes... I'm not complaining, its just a great opportunity to hit two local places in 90 minutes. We arrived 10 minutes before our pizza came out of the oven so we had time to order another beer & settle in. (They serve beer in 16oz, 22oz, & 32oz glasses ) We sat outside above the creek so scenery is awesome. Our large thin crust pizza tasted good but was soggy a couple inches in from the crust. I think they need to crank the oven temps up to 600°+ so pizzas cook faster & come out crunchy. We'll go again but we'll ask for extra crunchy crust next time.

This is one of the best pizza's I have ever tasted. The toppings were plenty and the crust just perfect. I am so glad we beat the dinner crowd as the line got long fast. The service is great. We got our orders in 20mins. I would recommend this place to all you pizza lovers. It's a great spot to bring a big party as well.
